We believe that “part of the building” is our pledge to stand behind it.  Therefore, the entire building is guaranteed for a period of five (5) years against leaks and defects, one (1) year of workmanship, and one (1) year on materials. Sliding door track rollers are guaranteed not to need oiling for the life of the building.  Max-Rib paint coating is warranted against fading, chalking, chipping, peeling, and red rust for a period of forty (40) years.  Treated wood has a lifetime warranty.  The treated wood is “Lifetime Wood.” Please contact us if you have further questions regarding warranties.
