Our March 2021 special was a 40x40x10 garage with a 5/12 pitch, a 10×40 porch with a ceiling, 1 walk door, 3 3 10×8 insulated garage doors, 4 3×4 insulated windows, 12″ soffit overhang, 4″ concrete floors, and wainscotting for $59,650.
A 30x40x10 pole barn with 1 16×8 garage door, 1 walk door, a double bubble roof, and a 4” concrete floor was available to be built on-site for $23,000 or material only for $11,000 as our December 2020 special.
